These are the values that shape who I am and how I lead.

• I do what’s right, even when it’s difficult. I haven’t always got it right – but I take responsibility when I don’t. For me, integrity means showing up truthfully, owning the impact of my actions, and staying committed to learning and leading with honesty.
• I lead with honesty and heart. I don’t pretend to be anyone else. I embrace my identity, including my disability, as a strength – and I believe leadership is strongest when it’s real, not rehearsed.......

My Story

My story begins with a charmed childhood, shaped by loving, ambitious parents who taught me to believe in possibility. But from an early age, I was also navigating muscular dystrophy (a degenerative muscle wasting condition) – surgeries, hospital stays, and an ever-present sense of difference.

As a second-generation British Pakistani woman, I grew up balancing cultural expectations with my own ambitions......
